This is such a well balanced merlot and easy to drink on its own or with food. Its smooth, not too heavy, velvety and very well balanced. Its similar to the barefoot merlot but not quite as nice as the gallo.

Very smooth dry wine full of flavour. Enjoyable with a meal or on it's own. You won't get that 'yack, cringe, face pull' first taste with this wine as it's better that most others that cost three times as much. If you enjoy a good red I highly recommend.
