A pale salmon colour. A very delicate, stony nose, a touch of rose petal, elderflower and strawberry leaf. Superb definition. The palate is well balanced and very crisp on the entry, although it seems to step back on the mid-palate rather than seeing the rose through to the finish. Light touches of raspberry leaf, citrus lemon, a touch of apple-blossom with moderate length and a floral finish
