Buying wine requires parking- the Sainsburys in Bath has ample parking. They offer a good selection of average wines and they often offer their 25% deal on already discounted wines. I tend to buy fine wine from Majestic or Waitrose who also have the 25% offer

I don't do supermarket shopping on-line but my wife and I do use our local Sainsburys for out main supermarket shop. Sainsburys wines always reflect a fair price especially when on offer and even more so when their offers can be part of their buy six and save 25% offer. We are fortunate in having a store that has a good selection of wine which is nicely displayed.

I do find in-store shopping a lonely experience. I would say 8out of 10 times I require assistance there is no one available to help. Shelves are often empty of a current offer and empty boxes of items like yoghurt are not cleared away. There are never enough tills open but staff standing around the self checkouts, however, the staff on tills are always friendly and will chat while we scan and pack without holding up queue.

Sainsbury never disappoints in respect if quality and range. I particularly like the drinks aisles where the variety is excellent. Particularly the wines where a little description and taste guide is provided on the shelf to help you understand about the wine and its taste. The vegetarian range of food is second to none. The choice of food is excellent and the value is quite good compared to other supermarkets. I can always get a delivery slot that suits me at a reasonable price. The delivery is always on time and most of the delivery drivers are polite and friendly and willing to help. The only drawback about Sainsbury's online shopping is the substitutes are sometimes not suitable and nothing like the requested item. I also don't like that if your substitute is more expensive than the original item they charge you extra which means your shopping is more expensive than I had budgeted for. Sainsbury's is the only supermarket that does this and it is really annoying.

I've found regional products and promotional items whilst shopping at Sainsbury's and they have an appealing champagne selection. A good range of wines beers and spirits of all types, qualities and price points. There are products aimed at all drinkers for all occasions (who wants to waste the really good stuff on people you don't like), but you won't be embarrassed if one of them reads the label. There are old fashioned drinks and new trendy drinks ( if you are old and preserved in alcohol like me you know some of the new trends have been around before but hey it keeps things interesting. Love the promotions when I can try new stuff or just stock up on the favourites for less.

Excellent value for money when the buy 6 get 25% offer is on, particularly when it's in conjunction with one of my favourite wines which has a pound or two reduction - I stock up. Last time I think the delivery driver thought I must be a seasoned drinker (though maybe I am lol). Seriously though I am not an alcoholic nor do I have the nose of a heavy drinker, just one for bargains! I would however like to see more variety of good quality red wines from different countries such as Portugal, in the £10 - £20 price bracket. Presently I shop elsewhere for those.

Sainsbury's has a great selection of good wines. Buy 6 bottles and get 25% off is an excellent deal, particularly when some of the wines are already marked down.

The Sainsbury’s that I use is a large one and is well stocked and has a good selection ,including all aspects of the alcohol ranges and some fine wines. The service is very poor in that they are relying on self selection. There is no advice and hardly ever anyone that you can ask a question of or can advise about stick levels. They always have offers and sometimes these are very good , particularly when they have 25% off of everything

Love the wide aisles especially during lockdown, as you can keep away from other people. Always a great selection and their 25% off 6 bottles of wine offers usually put me in the red for a week or two, but who can resist!

I shop often at ye olde sainsbugs and I do rather appreciate the selection of vegetarian and vegan friendly wines and spirits, and they often do some rather irresistible offers, all I can say is thank goodness I am no longer a student as I can justify drinking my own money not my student loan!
