75cl / 12% - This avant-garde urban winery takes its name from the length of the Loire river which flows 1006km from its source. This wine comes from a single plot of Gamay St Romain plated in Cotes du Forez. The nose has hints of cola cubes, strawberry coulis and a lovely savory herbal edge to it. The palate is full of ripe red berry fruits with a hint of crunchy cranberry. A good wine for roasted monkfish or a mushroom ragout.
