Wonderfully rich sherry notes intertwine with a bold smoke that pushes this nose into the complex arena, yet making it approachable at the same time. Dry and inviting, the palate gives a big hit of maple syrup, bacon, red boiled sweets and white sugars. On the finish, there are some delicate cinnamon spices and hint of fresh oak.
